Anyone that signs up with Carnival during the month of December, 2018, and becomes a client to buy or sell a home during the month of December, Carnival will donate 20% of the company profits to Kisoro Kids whenever that transaction ends.  Just signup with a Carnival Agent and that is all. Signing up just means that you sign either an "Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement" or an "Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement" with one of the Agents at Carnival if you are currently in the market or thinking about buying or selling your home.

FINE PRINT:

1. Agreement must be signed by you during December 2018
2. Must buy or sell within 6 months of date of signature.
3. 20% is based on the company profit.  Agents are independent contractors and their individual commissions are not reflected in company profit. Company profit would be considered all monies after expenses including independent contractors are paid.
